The care that my relative receives is generaly good with friendly and mostly helpful staff. The biggest problem I have found is that there is no consistency of carers. As a vulnerable elderly lady she does not know who is going to be walking in to her house/bedroom each day. Service users should be give regular staff and if this is not always possible a weekly timetable of who to expect.
I have brought this to premier cares attention and have read the latest qcc report which also identifies this but doesn't seem to be being addressed.
